Appeal tops £30,000

Since launching our appeal in the days following the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan on 11 March, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity and support of the people of NW England. We have organised a number of fundraising activities for the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal over the past couple of weeks, including:

Grand Total = £30,717

In addition to the wonderful generosity in terms of coins and notes, we have also been deeply touched by the personal messages of concern, support and solidarity shown by the people of our region.
